Roadside assistance · Greater Sydney
Roadside assistance across Sydney, 24 hours a day
Jump starts, flat batteries, tyre changes and fuel delivery at the kerb, with a tilt tray behind it if the fix does not hold.
Roadside assistance across Greater Sydney
Not every call needs a tow. A battery that clicks once and dies in a Rouse Hill car park, a tyre gone on Richmond Road with the spare flat too, a fuel gauge misread on the long run home along the M7. Blackline Towing does jump starts, flat battery help, tyre changes and emergency fuel delivery at the kerb, anywhere in Greater Sydney, 24 hours a day.
There is no membership, no joining fee and no annual cover to renew. You call, you describe the fault, and we quote the job on the phone. That suits anyone who has let a roadside policy lapse, drives an older second car that is not worth a yearly fee, or simply wants one person to sort it out tonight rather than a call centre and a queue.
The honest part is what happens when the kerbside fix does not hold. A battery that will not take a charge, a tyre with no usable spare, a fault that needs a workshop. Because our truck is a tilt tray, the same call turns into a tow with no second vehicle to wait for. We are based in Marsden Park and cover Blacktown, the Hills and the rest of Sydney.
What you get
- Jump starts and flat battery help wherever the car has stopped
- Flat tyre swapped over to your spare, where the spare is usable
- Emergency fuel delivery, enough to reach the nearest servo
- No membership, no joining fee, no annual cover to renew
- If it cannot be fixed at the kerb, the same truck tows it
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays
Ideal for
- Cars that will not start after work, at the shops or in a car park
- Batteries flattened by lights, a boot lid or a door left open
- Flat tyres where there is a usable spare but no way to change it
- Running dry on the M7, the M4 or a long stretch between servos
- Drivers with no roadside membership, or cover that has lapsed
- Second cars, work utes and older vehicles not worth a yearly fee
What to expect

01
Stop somewhere you can safely wait
If the car is still rolling, coast into a side street, a servo or a car park rather than a traffic lane. Hazard lights on, and wait on the footpath side while you call.

02
Describe the fault, not just the car
Does it crank slowly, click once, or do nothing at all? Is the tyre flat or shredded, and is there a usable spare under the boot floor? Does it take petrol or diesel? Those answers decide what we bring.

03
Kerbside fix, or straight onto the tray
If it starts, holds charge and is safe to drive, you are on your way. If it does not, the same truck loads it and takes it to your mechanic or home. One call, one operator, nobody else to wait on.

Do I need a membership or roadside cover to call you?
No. There is no membership, no joining fee and no annual cover. You call, we quote that job on the phone, and you pay for that job. It suits people whose cover has lapsed, second cars that do not justify a yearly fee, and anyone who would rather deal with the operator directly.
My car will not start. Can you tell what is wrong over the phone?
Not for certain, but the symptoms narrow it down. A slow crank or a single click usually points at the battery, and a jump start will often get you going. If it fires then dies again, or there is no response at all, the fault sits somewhere else and a workshop is the sensible next step. Either way it is one call and one truck.
Do you bring fuel, and how much?
Enough to get you to the nearest servo, not a full tank. Tell us whether it takes petrol or diesel when you call. If the car is a light commercial or loaded and may need towing afterwards, tell us the weight too, because weight decides whether our tilt tray can carry it and we will confirm on the call.
