Get safe, then call
If anyone is hurt, call 000 first. Hazard lights on. On a motorway or busy road, get everyone out on the passenger side and behind the barrier. Stay off the carriageway. Then call us.

Your location or nearest cross street, the make and model, whether it rolls and steers, and where it needs to go. On a motorway, the nearest exit number or km marker helps.

How quickly can you reach me for an emergency tow?
It depends on where you are, where our truck is at that moment, and traffic. We do not promise a number of minutes, because we would rather be honest than fast on paper. Call and we will give you a realistic ETA for right now.
Do emergency tows cost more at night or on public holidays?
Time of day is one of the things that can affect the price. Whatever the hour, we tell you the figure on the call before anything is booked. Our rates page explains what goes into a towing price.
How pricing worksI have stopped on the Harbour Bridge or in a tunnel. What do I do?
Stay in the car with your seatbelt on and hazard lights on unless you are told otherwise. Transport for NSW incident response crews patrol the Harbour Bridge, Harbour Tunnel, Cross City Tunnel and the motorways, and will usually move your vehicle to a safe spot first. Once you are clear, call us and we will collect the car from wherever it has been left.
