Three things to know
No price list. A straight quote.
We do not publish a price list, and here is why. A towing price depends on the job, and a number on a website that does not match the number on the invoice is worse than no number at all.
You call, we ask a few questions, and we give you one price for the job as described. That price is what you pay, unless something on site is different from what we were told. If it is, we tell you before we do anything extra.
Tow truck cost in Sydney comes down to a handful of factors. They are listed below, so you know what we are going to ask and why.

Distance
How far our truck travels to reach you, and how far the tow is from there to the destination. Our truck is based in Marsden Park in Sydney's north west, so a job around Blacktown, Riverstone or Parramatta is a shorter run than one on the Northern Beaches or in the Shire, and a long-distance or interstate move is quoted as its own job.

Time of day
Overnight, weekend and public holiday jobs can be priced differently from a weekday afternoon. We tell you which applies.

Vehicle type and condition
A hatchback that rolls is a simpler load than a large SUV with locked wheels, a low sports car or a motorcycle.

Weight and size
A car sits well inside what our tilt tray carries. A caravan, a light commercial, a loaded trailer or a machine can get close to the limit, and heavier loads take more time and care to load and secure. Tell us the weight when you call and we will confirm what our truck can take before we price the job.

Access
Steep driveways, tight laneways and motorway shoulders all take more time and care to load from. Underground car parks are the one place our truck cannot go, so the vehicle has to come up to street level.

Tolls
If the sensible route uses a toll road, that is discussed on the call so it is part of the quote.

Waiting time
If our truck has to wait on site, for keys, for police, or for a car park to be opened, waiting time may be added. We tell you before it starts.

We load and deliver
Our truck arrives, your vehicle goes onto the tilt tray with all four wheels off the road, and we deliver it where you asked.
The quote
No hidden fees
The price we quote on the phone is the price for the job as described.
If something on site is different, we tell you before we do anything extra.
Tolls, waiting time and difficult access are discussed up front, never added quietly.
If you cancel after our truck has already set off, a call-out fee may apply. We tell you about it before it is charged, never afterwards.
There is no charge for calling to ask.
Payment is on completion of the job: cash, PayID or bank transfer. Tell us which suits when you call.

We understand why people search for a cheap tow truck in Sydney. Nobody plans to spend money on a tow. But cheap and fair are different things. A cheap headline rate can come with a call-out fee that only appears on the invoice, a per-kilometre rate that starts at the depot, an after-hours loading, and a surprise at the end.
What we offer is competitive rates with everything in the quote. One figure on the phone, for your job, before you commit. If that figure is not right for you, no hard feelings. You will at least know what the job really costs.

Where the vehicle is: an address, the nearest cross street, or the motorway and exit number
The make and model, and whether it is a car, 4WD, van, ute or motorcycle
For a caravan, a trailer or a machine, the weight off the plate, so we can confirm our truck can carry it
Whether it rolls and steers, or is stuck, locked or will not move
Where you want it taken: home, a mechanic, a dealer, a repairer, or another state
Anything about access: an underground car park (our truck will not fit), a steep driveway, a tight street, soft ground
