If your car is in a basement car park, it has to come up to street level before we can load it. A tilt tray is taller than the clearance bar on a city basement, so ours does not go down there. Tell us the building when you call and we will work out the closest point we can reach, and what it takes to get the car to us.

For the Harbour Bridge, Harbour Tunnel, Cross City Tunnel and Eastern Distributor, Transport for NSW incident response crews patrol those crossings and will move a stopped vehicle to a safe spot first. Stay in the car with hazard lights on until they arrive, then call us and we will collect it from wherever it has been left. CBD jobs usually finish at a mechanic in the Inner West or Eastern Suburbs, or at home on the other side of the bridge.
